Simply have any 4 ActiDiet sachets of your choice, each day. These meals are best spread out evenly, but if you like you can double two of them up for a larger evening meal. As a general rule, try to arrange your meals times so as never to exceed 6 hours without food.
Drink 2.5-3 litres of water throughout each day.
Every 12 weeks, one weeks beak, above 810 cal per day is needed. This break be taken by following the LCD plan.
To add a little variety to taste and texture you can also enjoy some vegetables. Choose one item from the table below to one of your meals each day (or you can split it up your allowance between your 4 meals).
